We currently have two researchers testing the honey samples for their bioactivity (total and non-peroxide activity) and chemical profile (MGO, DHA and HMF levels). While we do try to get the results back to you as soon as we can, please note that there can be an 6-8 week wait for these, and may be longer during the Leptospermum flowering periods when we are performing fieldwork. If you need your results urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
